2010 Accreditation and Continuing Education Credit
AMA CATEGORY 1
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Washington University School of Medicine, Continuing Medical Education and The Kilo Diabetes & Vascular Research Foundation. Washington University is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Washington Universitydesignates this educational activity for a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. Physician should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
AAFP
American Academy of Family Physicians: American Academy of Family Physicians: This activity, Current Topics in Diabetes, Endocrinology & Vascular Disease, with a beginning date of November 12, 2010 has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 14.25 prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
AOA
American Osteopathic Association: This program is eligible for 13.5 hours of AOA Category 2-A credit.
MONA
Missouri Nurses Associaton:This continuing education activity has been submitted for approval to the Missouri Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
ADA
American Dietetic Association: The Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), the credentialing agency for the American Dietetic Association, has reviewed and approved this program for 14 hours of continuing education.
ACPE
The St. Louis College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Pharmacists participating in this program will receive up to 12.5 contact hours (1.25 CEUs) of knowledge-based continuing pharmacy education credit by signing in at the beginning of the program and completing a program evaluation at the completion of the program. Statements of credit will be mailed 3-4 weeks after the program. ACPE # 0033-9999-10-029-L01-P.
